Welcome to Rockabella brides we are glad you stopped by! We want your experience with us to be a good one so please take a moment to read through these terms and conditions before you start shopping. This way you will know how the buying process works with us. By continuing to browse this site you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.


All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT and in GBP (£).  Any transaction fees that are added by your card company are not our responsibility. Delivery costs will be charged in addition to a FIRST CLASS UPGRADE if selected in check out, or you can take advantage of our FREE SECOND CLASS SERVICE , such additional charges are clearly displayed at the basket page where applicable.

Prices of products may change from time to time and any sales or offers may be withdrawn without prior warning. If ​there is a price change or withdrawn offer ​after you have placed your order we will contact you as soon as possible to either reconfirm or cancel your order.

Pre-payment is required on all orders and goods will not be despatched until funds have been received. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction at our discretion. When you purchase an item from us, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a unique order number. When your item has been posted, you will receive an email confirming your purchase has been dispatched.

We aim to despatch orders to you the same day you place the order if this is done before 1pm on a Monday – Friday (Excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend will normally be posted on the next working day.) In the unlikely event that the postage of your item is delayed, we will contact you to inform you of the date on which you can expect delivery.


If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item(s) after notifying us within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. You must ensure the returned products are received by our Returns department within 5 days of receiving a returns number otherwise your refund may be refused. Jewellery bought from us at http://rockabellabrides.x10.bz/ cannot be exchanged or refunded in any Rockabella brides retail stockists. Similarly, any jewellery bought in from our stockists must be returned to the store where it was purchased. Proof of purchase is required.

Any Jewellery returned for refund or exchange must be in original/fully resalable condition and any labels intact and remain unworn. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns for earrings due to reasons of hygiene. For gift exchanges / returns the name of the purchaser must be given in all circumstances. ROCKABELLA BRIDES cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us without proof of postage.

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full.
